Last month, we stopped by the parking lot across the Markham Park on State Rd 84 in Weston, and found the St. Patricks Party outside Uncle Al’s Restaurant facilities. It was the traditional Irish Celebration that has been organized every year by Jose Ortiz, the owner of Uncle Al’s in Weston. Just like other parties in Latin America, there was a huge canopy stuffed with green decoration used for eating, drinking and dancing by more than 400 people, who could enjoy Uncle Al’s Traditional cooking by Mark Fisher and Ronny Valentino ,who served corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew green beer, karaoke and drink specials.

El mes pasado pasando por St Road 84 en Weston, encontramos una fiesta al otro lado del Markham Park frente al Restaurant de Uncle Al’s. Era la fiesta irlandesa tradicional que organiza cada año el propietario del Restaurant, Jose Ortiz. Igual que las fiestas en Latinoamérica, había una gran carpa, pero esta, estaba decorada con color verde , lista para ser usada para comer, bailar , tomar y atender a más de 400 personas, quienes pudieron disfrutar de los típicos platos irlandeses preparados por el chef Mark Fisher y Ronny Valentino, quienes sirvieron estofado de carne (Corned Beef) con Repollo hervido y cerveza irlandesa.
